Jason is a former national television news director who led award-winning teams while managing Crohn’s disease and arthritis. His decision to be open about his disability created a culture of trust that doubled productivity in his departmet in less a year.
Kristin brings both executive expertise and firsthand knowledge of neurodivergence, having built successful neuroinclusion and mental health initiatives across multiple industries as well as having lived with significant neurodivergent and mental health challenges.
