Jason Reid: Vulnerable Leadership and Invisible Disability Expert

Jason Reid is an award-winning former TV manager, as well as a long-time speaker, and author specializing in invisible disabilities and neuroinclusion in the workplace. With decades of experience in broadcast journalism, including being the former Head of Content at The Weather Network, Jason has successfully led diverse teams while managing his own invisible disabilities. His book, Embracing Invisible Disabilities in the Workplace, provides actionable strategies for leaders and employees alike. A sought-after keynote speaker, Jason’s engaging presentations challenge outdated workplace norms, proving that those with invisible disabilities have the ability to not only excel at their jobs, but also bring innovation and diversity of thought to their organizations.

Kristin Light: Neurodiversity, Mental Health and Engagement Expert

From the boardroom to the ballroom, Kristin Light brings her dynamic expertise as a senior engagement and communications strategist, best-selling author, award-winning speaker, and vivacious vintage entertainer to every stage she graces. An engaging and innovative corporate experience facilitator, Kristin digs into cutting edge research and progressive inclusion strategy to create welcoming and affirming opportunities for team-based learning and collaboration. As an Autistic ADHD-er with a long history of mental illness herself, Kristin is channeling her extensive lived experience to bring genuine perspective, conscientious guidance, and a much-needed dose of levity to these more delicate conversations.

She is a proud Board Member with DiverseMinds, an organization dedicated to supporting neurodivergent women and girls; and certified in both ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills) and Mental Health First Aid. She is a recent graduate of the University of New Brunswick’s Psychologically Safe Leadership program, an engaging and innovative facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, and quite frankly, a bit of a tenacious dork.
